We have been providing affordable and reliable service to customers in Michigan for 30 years. Xcel Energy serves approximately 9,000 electricity customers and nearly 6,000 natural gas customers in Michigan. A major part of providing reliable service is maintaining and upgrading our transmission lines in the state. Xcel Energy currently has about 110 miles of transmission line in Michigan.
